R12 Window Cleaning was established in 2012
My wife and I have a real desire to bring customers satisfaction back to the level it should be. We are not in this for any other reason then to be known as the go to guys. Our goal is keeping customers happy and willing to refer us to friends and family.

What We Do

Window Cleaning

At R12 Window Cleaning, we specialize in cleaning windows on everything from residential homes to large commercial buildings. We clean both inside and out, tracks and screens for excellent results. We also handle problem windows that require scraping to remove paint, stucco, hard water, and other tough build up. It is our commitment to use only the best quality cleaning products and cleaning techniques so that is why we have chosen to use squeegees and other specialized tools, including de ionized water ( a form of purified water ) as part of our cleaning tool-kit. With R12 you can be assured a streak free shine without any residue that can be left behind from the traditional window cleaning method of paper towels or spray chemicals. Gutter Cleaning

R12 Complete Gutter Cleaning Service starts with blowing off roof debris to help prevent further debris build up in your gutters. We then continue and remove all of the debris currently in your gutter system using specialized hand tools. Once the debris are removed from the gutter system, we finalize our cleaning by flushing the gutters with water to remove any remaining sediment and to verify that the gutters and down spouts are flowing at 100% efficiency. Any areas that are not flowing correctly will be inspected and we will remove any missed/hidden debris or build up. R12 guarantees customer satisfaction or we will come back and clean your gutters again.

Pressure Washing

R12 Pressure Washing Service offers deep cleaning of your designated surface (cement, driveways, decks, docks, and sidewalks) to remove all sorts of grime build-up or to strip down a surface. From a mild low pressure cleaning for exterior walls to a high pressure surface stripping to prep for a paint job, R12 has the right nozzles, attachments, and detergents to get the job done right using our interior and exterior pressure-washing equipment. Solar Panel Cleaning

R12 Solar Panel Cleaning Service for your home or business utilizes a deionized water and brush system that gets your solar panel glass surface crystal clear. With delicate care we remove all of the hard water, bird droppings, pollen, dust, sap, mold, and other grime and debris. It is this build up that prevents or reduces light from penetrating through the glass to the solar cells, thus reducing energy capture and system efficiency. However, after an R12 Solar Panel Cleaning, energy efficiency can improve from 6 to 15 percent. R12 guarantees customer satisfaction or we will come back and redo our work.

Tim and his crews were amazing from the beginning to the end. We bought this house a couple years ago. The seller told us the roof and solars was recently cleaned. I believe his words. It was wrong.
Our roof were cover with pigeons poops all over. Tim and his crew came and scooped all the poops. Cleaned the roof and solars. Then they install pigeons abatements. They removed nest, eggs and baby pigeons. The result was amazing. The roof and solars are so cleaned. I don’t hear pigeons scratching under my solars anymore. Better sleep now. Highly recommended R12 with Tim and his crews.

Tim waas fantastic from start to finish. He kept in touch with us before the job, and arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. What was so appreciated was the communication about what he would do, in what order and then he assembled his tools and set to work cleaning our windows inside. He then transitioned to washing the exterior and gazebo ending with washing the inside of the windows. Tim is calm, professional, relaxed and makes you know that you are in good hands. He is willing to offer information on his techniques and products. What a delight to have found someone who is highly experienced, warm and diligent in making sure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
